These terms cover your use of Thundcrest, a free, offline puzzle game for iOS. By playing, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1.License to play
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Thundcrest for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. The app is provided for enjoyment, not resale.
2.Sparks and in-game items
Sparks, hints, cosmetic skins, stars, and crests are earned through play. They exist only inside the game, have no real-world value, and cannot be bought with real money, sold, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value. They may be cleared if you reset your progress or delete the app. Thundcrest contains no real-money purchases.
3.Acceptable use
Please do not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or modify the app, and do not redistribute it or pass it off as your own. Thundcrest is meant for ordinary personal play.
4.Intellectual property
Thundcrest and all of its art, audio, text, and code belong to the developer. This license lets you play the game; it does not transfer ownership of any part of it to you.
5.Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
6.Children
Thundcrest is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. It collects no personal data from anyone.
7.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued play means you accept it.
